Microdosing & Motherhood

A self-paced journey through matrescence, microdosing, identity and reconnection.

Motherhood changes everything. But who is holding the mother?

Motherhood is one of life's most profound thresholds.

Alongside the love, beauty and wonder, there can be grief, rage, exhaustion, ambivalence and a deep longing to reconnect with the woman you are beyond the role of mother.

So much of modern motherhood asks us to keep going. To give more. To manage our emotions, meet everybody else's needs and somehow find our way back to ourselves.

But what if the invitation wasn't to become a better mother?

What if it was to become more deeply connected to yourself?

Microdosing & Motherhood offers a different kind of conversation. One that explores the emerging science and lived experiences of microdosing alongside somatic practices, ritual, maternal identity and the wider cultural conditions in which we mother.

Not another programme for self-improvement.

An invitation to notice, listen and reconnect.

More Than Microdosing

This course explores microdosing through the lens of matrescence, the profound physical, psychological, emotional and social transformation of becoming a mother.

Drawing on emerging psychedelic research, maternal storytelling, somatic understanding and traditional approaches to postpartum care, we explore what happens when motherhood becomes more than a role to fulfil.

We ask questions that rarely have space in conventional conversations about maternal wellbeing.

What happens to our sense of self when we become mothers?

Where do our grief, anger and unmet needs go?

How might we understand motherhood as a rite of passage rather than something to recover from?

And what can the stories of women exploring microdosing teach us about agency, support, stigma and belonging?

There are no perfect mothers here. No prescribed path to transformation.

Only an invitation to approach your own experience with greater curiosity, discernment and compassion.

A Different Kind of Learning

This course is designed to be explored at your own pace.

Through written lessons, maternal stories, journaling prompts, somatic exercises, ritual invitations and reflective practices, you are encouraged to engage with what feels meaningful to you.

You do not need to be microdosing to benefit from the exploration.

The intention is not to offer another rigid protocol, but to create space for deeper inquiry into motherhood, identity, the body and our relationship with psychedelic medicines.

An Invitation to Come Home to Yourself

You can love your children deeply and still grieve parts of the life you once knew.

You can feel gratitude and resentment, tenderness and rage, connection and loneliness.

You can question the way motherhood is organised in our culture without questioning your love for your children.

And you can begin to turn towards your own needs without making that another task to achieve.

You are not just mothering a child. You are also learning how to mother yourself.
