I’m a mother to three children, whom I home educate, and I’m currently based in the UK. I’m drawn to simple rhythms — reading, walking, and time outdoors especially during seasons of transition.

I came to this work through practice first, theory second.

My background is in nursing, nannying, birth work, and somatic counselling, and over the past few years I’ve been exploring how psychedelics intersect with motherhood, care, trauma, and responsibility, not in ideal conditions, but in real lives.

I’m particularly interested in:

  • how people integrate experiences over time

  • how care is shaped (and distorted) by systems of power

  • how psychedelic culture can unintentionally reproduce hierarchy, extraction, and harm

  • what ethical engagement looks like when we centre relationships rather than outcomes

Much of my work now lives at the edges between education and inquiry, lived experience and study, personal transformation and collective responsibility.

I don’t offer substances or ceremonies, and I’m not interested in positioning myself as an authority with answers. My role is to offer context, walk alongside, and help make sense of experience

How I approach the work

I work slowly, selectively, and with an ongoing commitment to harm reduction, consent, and anti-oppressive practice.

That means:

  • holding complexity rather than simplifying

  • staying curious about my own blind spots

  • allowing work to change as I do

  • letting some things complete instead of forcing continuity

I’m currently deepening my thinking through postgraduate study in psychedelics, culture, and care, alongside collaborative teaching and occasional group work.

Where this is heading

I’m increasingly drawn to questions of community, mutual support, and how parents navigate life outside dominant systems, ideas that are still forming and don’t yet need a fixed shape.

Some work is visible.
Some is intentionally resting.

Staying in touch

If you’d like to hear about future collaborations, group cycles, or reflections as things unfold, you’re welcome to join my mailing list.

I share infrequently, and only when there’s something worth sharing.
