Slow Medicine for the thresholds of care
Grounded psychedelic education, somatic support and relational care for mothers, parents and those navigating life’s thresholds.
Presence, not optimisation.
We are not broken
“I am not here to prescribe, fix or rescue. I offer a grounded space to explore what is already asking to be seen, felt and understood.”
In a culture that values scale and speed, it is easy to look for a miracle cure or an expert to tell us what to do. But this work is not about fixing a broken brain or optimising ourselves to work harder.
Often, what we call struggle is a natural response to the systems we live in, systems that are not built to support the reality of care. Much of our work involves recognising that these environments of harm create the pressure we feel. We move away from the idea that this is a personal problem and toward a collective understanding of care.
I offer a space to move slowly. I am not here to prescribe or save. My role is to witness, ask careful questions and ensure you don’t have to carry the inquiry alone.
My work is shaped by years in paediatric nursing, birth work, somatic counselling and psychedelic education, alongside my own lived experience as a mother of three. I’m currently an MSc student in Psychedelics at the University of Exeter, exploring the cultural, relational and embodied dimensions of psychedelic healing.

Anyone can talk wisely about the medicine and the journey but to truly guide someone, knowing when to adapt the pace, when to step in and when to allow instinct to unfold, that takes someone special. Thank you Naomi"
-
Naomi changed my perspective to be more understanding and compassionate for myself instead of feeling stuck in the past and in a constant cycle of self hate. There was always a feeling that I was being held, and that is exactly what I needed.
-
I feel like I have grown as an individual more in this time than over the last few years! I felt fully supported and understood throughout the course and am sad it has come to an end! I feel that being part of this course has changed the trajectory of my life in such a positive way and I am so excited to continue to work with Naomi. “

What’s remarkable about Naomi is the way she holds space in a steady, spacious, warm, and utterly non judgemental way.
-
Working with Naomi is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. She brings a rare combination of grounded somatic skill, deep intuition, and an ability to make even the most complex inner terrain feel safe to explore.
-
I’ve worked with therapists before, but Naomi is different. There’s depth here, and real care. I’ve learned to listen to myself again and that alone has changed so much.
